On Campus Facilities
Media Services has 4 dedicated video conference suites on campus. All are fitted with 1080p PTZ cameras, echo cancellation speaker and microphone systems.
All suites are powered using Zoom, an easy-to-use platform that unifies cloud video conferencing, simple online meetings and group messaging.
These suites are located in the following Buildings:
- Roscoe Building, room 4.9 (Seats 15)
- Roscoe Building, room 4.10 (Seats 10)
- Humanities Bridgeford Street 2nd Floor, Room 2.81 (Seats 10)
- Renold Building, Room F3 (Seats 6)
All rooms have a boardroom style layout with the screen and camera at one end of the room and University branding at the other. Zoom allows you to share documents with other participants. Please ensure you bring any documents on a USB pen drive for us to pre-load them onto the PC.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for booking a video conferencing suite.
